Amusement parks

For children and teenagers, fun is the basis of any vacation and together with friends they could live experiences as protagonists, alternating sea and hills with the curiosity of exploring and the thrill of adventure in Theme Parks.
In Marche there are several interesting places with regard to intelligent fun, and, as an alternative to the beach which can be enjoyed for a just few months a year, theme parks open their doors to little tourists starting from spring to early autumn.

Falconara houses the Falconara Zoo Park, which has recently become part of E.AZ.A., the European Association of Zoos and Aquariums, suitable for children having their first close-up experiences with animals.
In Felceto di Matelica, 15 km away from Frasassi Caves, Le Pietre del Drago is a fascinating theme park with life-size dinosaurs and a single common thread: the evolution of the history of the earth and the appearance of the first life forms. Within the immense green park, in addition to dinosaurs, there is a Paleontological Museum with fossils, a 30,000sqm picnic area equipped with covered gazebos in case of rain.

Those who can’t help having fun in water can take advantage of the AcquaPark Verde Azzurro in Cingoli (Macerata): sports pools, whirlpools, slides, downhill paths, without forgetting relaxation areas with solarium and green spaces.
Educational entertainment is offered by the Museum of Balì, suitable for both children and adults. The eighteenth-century villa in Saltara (Pesaro-Urbino) has been renamed Science Center for the Planetarium, the Astronomical Observatory, the Museum and the educational and research laboratories supported by the Foundation.

To keep the thrill of adventure, challenge and competition alive, choose the Novafeltria Skypark (Pesaro-Urbino), which offers rural paths for children and especially for adults who want to try their hand at a Tibetan bridge, a Tyrolean bridge, axes, swinging trunks, pirate ladder and many other difficulties!
Just outside our region, from highway A14 to the north, the Romagna Riviera of Parks offers just as much fun with games and activities for adults and children.
